Cash on Delivery remains the top payment choice at Booksdada website. Orders are delivered within 7 days, even to the most remote areas of Pakistan.

For Cash on Delivery option, partial advance payment of the total price is required. Rest of the Payment will be collected on delivery.

Order Payments

We want your ordering process to be as smooth as possible. Here are a few things to note:

  • Single Orders: A flat fee of 199 Rs. will be charged on all orders
  • Multiple Orders: Customer can place multiple orders but shipping charges will be charged for each order
  • Bulk Orders: For bulk orders, we require partial advance payment.
  • Hostel and Commercial Addresses: Orders being shipped to hostel or commercial addresses also require partial advance payment.
  • COD: All COD orders require partial advance payments. Rest of the payment will be collected at the time of delivery.
  • An order above 14,999 requires also requires partial advance payment

Order Cancellation and Charges

We understand that plans can change. Here’s our policy on order cancellations:

  • Cancellation Window: You can cancel an order as long as it hasn’t been processed. Just reach out to us via phone, email, or message to request a cancellation.
  • Processed Orders: Once an order is processed or delivered, it can’t be cancelled. In such cases, the user is responsible for payment of the delivered parcel.
